1. What types of products does AmorDeDeus™ sell?

AmorDeDeus™ specializes in thought-provoking streetwear that expresses our Love for God. We source our products from high-quality manufactures and always use premium goods. Our bold design choices are always giving honor to the true and living God. He loved us first even thought we are sinners. 

2. Do you offer refunds or returns?

No, all items are made to order so we do not provide options for refunds or returns.

3. Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges will be made on a limited basis. If your item is damaged, defective, the wrong size, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Fill out the contact form on our website or send an email to amordedeus.official@gmail.com with the subject "DAMAGES EXCHANGE" and provide us with the date of purchase, tracking information, item description, and the nature of your return. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with instructions on how to complete the exchange process if it is accepted.

4. How long do I have to request an exchange?

All exchange requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) after receiving your item. Please make sure to contact us within this timeframe to start a damage/defective exchange claim.

5. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

6. How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service within 24 hours after placing the order. Provide your name, email, and order number to request a cancellation. You can reach us by filling out the contact form on our website or sending an email to amordedeus.official@gmail.com. Please provide us with the date of purchase, item description, and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order.

7. Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico. This may change in the future.

8. How long does shipping take?

Once you receive a tracking number for your items, shipping may take from 8-15 days to receive your products. Please note that shipping times may still vary due to the global pandemic and the availability of shipping partners and vendors.

9. Do you offer free shipping?

At times, we may offer free shipping on all or certain items within our online store. Please check the requirements to unlock the free shipping discount. Free shipping applies to the subtotal and not the item(s) plus tax. Exclusions may apply. Free shipping may not be valid with any other automatic discounts, deals, or offers that may be offered on our online store.

10. Are the colors of the products accurate?

We strive for all our products to be represented as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of some monitors, colors may appear slightly different. Please note that color accuracy for garment printing may differ slightly from what is rendered on your screen.
